About This Event

Our new Forest Communications Training – September 24

Whether engaging the public, influencing policy, sharing research, or leveraging social media, effective communication is the key to forestry’s future. This one-day training on September 24 in Springfield, OR will help you sharpen your voice no matter the venue or the audience and give you the storytelling skills to share what you do with impact, credibility, and purpose.

This training will be lead by a group of highly-trained professional communicators: Nick Smith, Healthy Forests Healthy Communities & AFRC; Sara Duncan, Oregon Forest Industries Council; and Jason Davenport, JDavenport Photography.

This training is generously sponsored by Oregon Forest Resources Institute.

This event will be hybrid.

Registration is $85 for both in-person and hybrid options
