Refunds

Requests for registration refunds must be made in writing through the contact form. Our general refund policy, unless otherwise specified on the event page, is as follows:

Requests made more than 30 days in advance will be refunded fully minus the credit card processing fee.
Requests made 30-15 days before the event will be refunded minus 20%.
Any requests made with less 15 days notice will be refunded 50%.
Transferring registrations to a different attendee is possible. Please let us know in writing before the event.
