LODGING INFORMATION: A limited number of reduced rate rooms are available at the Medallion Hotel (www.medallionhotel.net). Please call 888-317-0499 and mention the “Tribal Nursery Meeting” to secure your room. Rates for a single or double room start at $90/night plus tax and include a hot breakfast buffet.
REGISTRATION: The registration fee is $200 if received by September 14, 2010, or $250 if received after September 14, 2010. The registration fee includes lunches (Tuesday and Wednesday), refreshments (all days), and a Traditional Salmon dinner (please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements). Checks should be made payable to Western Forestry and Conservation Association. Purchase orders, VISA/MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Tax id # 930-331-712. No refunds for cancellations after September 14, but substitutions are always welcome.
