The IERC meeting will be held at the Coeur d’Alene Resort in Coeur d’Alene, ID. Reduced rate lodging is available at $81/night plus taxes. Reservations can be made by calling 800-688-5253. After January 28, 2012 reservations will be accepted on a space/rate available basis. Reference the IERC Annual Meeting to receive the reduced rate. It is best to make your reservation directly with the hotel as travel websites & travel agents will not have information regarding the conference.

Registration
The registration fee is $75 if received by January 21, 2012 or $100 if received after January 21, 2012. Students are $25 with a current and valid ID. The registration fee includes refreshments and lunch. IERC has contracted with Western Forestry and Conservation to manage the event registration. Checks should be made payable to Western Forestry and Conservation Association. Purchase orders, VISA/MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Tax id # 930-331-712. No refunds for cancellations after February 20, but substitutions are always welcome.
